Shipping & delivery
From our warehouse to your project.
Freight & timing
Cabinet shipments arrive by curbside freight. Your quote confirms shipping charges and estimated timing before dispatch. Assembled cabinets, mixed collections and multi-unit orders require an individual freight quote.
Prepare for arrival
Have someone available to receive the order and arrange help to move cabinets indoors. Inside delivery, installation and packaging removal are not included. Tell us about narrow roads, gates, limited truck access or liftgate needs before scheduling; extra services may affect your quote.
Check your shipment
Count cartons and note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing. Keep a copy and take photographs. Unpack promptly and contact us within 48 hours with your order number, affected items and photos so we can arrange the next steps.
Changes & special destinations
Request delivery changes at least 48 hours ahead. Missed appointments, storage or another delivery attempt may incur carrier charges. Contact us before ordering for destinations requiring special freight arrangements.
